Chad Mitchell Photography Featured on WCIA News Channel 3 for Trash The Dress March 10, 2009 [Forsyth, Illinois] -- Chad N. Mitchell, of Chad Mitchell Photography in Forsyth, Illinois, was featured in a news story on WCIA News Channel 3 from Champaign/Urbana, featuring his Trash The Dress sessions. A WCIA reporter and cameraman followed Mitchell during a Trash The Dress session with a bride, Amanda (Witte) Thompson. The session started with a typical bridal portrait session in the Chad Mitchell Photography studio, then went to the Decatur Hotel and Conference Center, where Mitchell proceeded to photograph Mrs. Thompson while leaping into the indoor pool in her full wedding dress, long flowing veil and strappy high heels, posing in various locations within and pool, and even posing partially submerged in a hot tub. The story was featured as part of a local Our Town series highlighting people and businesses in the Central Illinois area.
