Prices
At Chad Mitchell Photography, we strive to offer a professional and creative service at an affordable price. Because
of this, we are confident you will find our prices to be some of the most competitive in our region. Likewise,
we are able to keep our prices affordable, while not sacrificing on quality, due to careful selection of the photographic
labs we utilize. We are proud to use some of the best photo labs in the country, while maintaining a nurturing
relationship with our vendors. When we secure a competitive price, we are proud to pass these savings on to you
- our customer - without sacrificing quality.

January 2007). All prices and rates are subject to change. We are offer traditional
professional photographic prints, plus we also offer an extended line of specialty printing options including museum
quality canvas prints, ceramic tile prints, and a full line of fashion photo purses and totes.
Hours
Chad Mitchell Photography is a full-time, full service photography studio, so
we are available day and night, week day and weekend, to make your experience more enjoyable and more convenient.

Sessions
All of our sessions are by appointment only. For all types of portraiture, we
offer both studio and on-location photography services. For all commercial photography services, we offer hourly,
half-day and day rates in our studio or at your location to meet your needs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things may come up in your life or business; however, as a
courtesy to our studio and other customers, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance should you
need to cancel a session and reschedule. If you anticipate being later than 15 minutes, please contact us before
your session.
Payment
Payment for all sittings fees is due upon your arrival to our studio. For all
photographic print orders, payment in full is required at the time of your order. For prints orders, sales tax
is not included on our price sheets. If you are figuring your own package or print total, please add 7.5% sales
tax. We will not send your order to our lab until your order is paid. No exceptions. There is a $25 penalty charge
on all returned checks.
For weddings, a $200 deposit secures Chad Mitchell Photography for your special day. We are open to most payment
plans; however, 50% of your wedding package must be paid at least one (1) month before your wedding date. The remainder
of your balance must be paid at least two (2) weeks before your wedding date. Why do we do this? Because no one
wants to think about making another
payment on their wedding day! We operate in this manner, so you can concentrate on enjoying your special day. This
way, Chad Mitchell Photography shows up to capture your moments with a creative and appreciative eye, while everyone
enjoys the day with minimal stress. And often times, you can look forward to your wedding album being delivered
days after you return from your honeymoon!
